Week #4

Strength workout this week was upper body which was new. Next day I was sore! I have finished my first 4 weeks of training and now start again. I am now beginningwith my 20 week plan and it will be interesting to see the increases that I made over the first 4 weeks. So far so good in balancing "life" with my training but looking ahead at the increases in training time there are going to be some challenges.

Quote for this week: "It hurts up to a point and then it doesn't get any worse."
