Week 4 complete




I had a great week training! All of my workouts were challenging and my ride on Sunday was awesome! Here is the elevation chart for the ride. (Click on the picture to make it larger) We started at Doug's house in Battle Ground and rode out through La Center and began to climb until the fun downhill's into Woodland. The weather was cool but sunny and I am so thankful that I wore my jacket because by the end of the ride I was cold. The ride ended up being 49.16 miles. We had 3852' in elevation and I cooked a whopping 3360 calories.
