Nice solid week of training. I really didn't have any problems with my neck or back so that is good.
Key work outs this week:
My bike on Friday was 1:54/38.97 miles/20.47 mph. I decided to push myself on this ride and see how things worked out. I lost too much weight on that ride so I need to work on better fluid intake.
Sunday run 1:56/13.37 miles/ 8:41 pace. Z2 pace.
Tuesday swim :45/1:48 per 100/2500 yards. Not a blistering speed but for the drills that I was working on I'm pretty happy.
I lost 3 lbs this week. I didn't eat that well last week and didn't really do any workouts because of the accident so it is nice to see my weight heading towards my goal again.
