Well a interesting week for me. On Tuesdays run, my left heel started hurting. I really didn't think anything of it, you know just those pains that we all get, but at mile 7 it felt like I had stepped on a rock. I stretched when I was done and iced my heel really good but when I woke Wednesday morning my heel was killing me. I think I have Plantar Faciatis. I stopped running the rest of the week and just concentrated on my biking and swimming. I am going to ease back into the running this next week.
The weather this week....... SUCKED! We have had snow, sleet, hail, sun, wind and rain for 5 days straight. It has been cold and thinking about riding outside makes me shiver and shrivel!
We need some sunny days and at least get into the upper 50's for crying out loud!
