No time to blog. Time only to train!
Long bike on Thursday was HOT. Sizzling low 90's. Ugggg The good thing though is the water at Klineline is warming up! Angela and I are heading to CDA for Memorial Day week-end. I'm going to ride the bike course to get familiar with it. Bonnie and a few others will be there also so it will be a great time! I'm also thinking about running in the CDAhalf marathon too while we are there as a training run. I need to really push the miles running the next 3 weeks.

Great work. Your almost there. Don't sweat the run. Your bike and swim have given you tremendous cardio reserves, which will carry you through the marathon. Slow and easy on the leg. The amount of time you could save in speed now is marginal vs the amount you can loose by overtraining or not letting the injury heal.
Remember Lance armstrong ran a 3:00 marathon, never having run more than 14 miles. He did it with all heart, just like you will.
